APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Type in the requested information on this Membership Application
   
   
2. Print out your completed Application
   
   
3. Make out a check to "Harrisburg pc Users Group" in the amount of $15
   
   
4. Mail the printed copy of your completed Application, along with your check to:

NOTES FOR NEW AND PRESENT MEMBERS:

• Dues are $15.00 per calendar year and are due by January 31st of each year. This new dues policy is effective starting January 2004. Present members who have paid their dues from February-December 2003 will receive the appropriate discount.
  
  
• Newsletters are available at this HUG Web Site for you to read online or to print out -- we no longer mail them out. Additionally, free printed newsletter copies are available at most HUG Monthly Meetings, while the supply lasts.
  
  
• HUG Officers can be contacted at their respective email addresses as shown in each newsletter.
  
  
• The HUG General Membership Meeting is held on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30PM to 9PM.
  
  
• The Computer Workshop is held on the third Sunday from 2PM to 4:00PM.
  
  
• The Linux Special Interest Group (SIG) meets on the fourth Thursday from 7PM to 9PM.
  
  
• The above activities are held at the Skyline View Brethern in Christ Church, 7733 Hillcrest Avenue, Harrisburg. The church is 6/10's of a mile west of the intersection of Routes 22 & 39. It's on the south side of Route 22 across from a Getty Mart and next to a Fulton Bank. See our HUG Map for directions.
